Challenge:
Power Play was challenged to design, create and execute a multi-day, bilingual annual advisor conference, hosted in Vancouver for iA Private Wealth. The objective was to create an event to welcome over 400 iA Private Wealth Advisors and 25 event sponsors back to in-person conferences, in an exciting and unique way, while building in networking opportunities and ensuring advisor education.
Solution:
In partnership with the iA Private Wealth team, we created a visually appealing conference, set up to engage and promote the iA Private Wealth brand and provide opportunities for sponsors and speakers to network.
The program consisted of a welcome reception, main stage and simultaneous breakouts, an off-site Soiree, along with fully branded event space and sponsorship booths. Our team focused our efforts on a variety of aspects within the event including registration, F&B, production, hotel management, branding and creative development. Advisors and sponsors had the opportunity to engage and interact throughout various touch points of gamification, an exhibitor hall and engagement activities on the main stage.
