OBJECTIVE

The Liberal Party of Canada’s National Convention is a flagship gathering that brings together members, elected officials, and party leadership from across the country. In 2026, Montréal hosted the convention following a successful election campaign that saw Mark Carney and the Liberal team achieve the party’s strongest vote share in nearly half a century. The multi-day event united thousands of members at a pivotal moment for the party, providing a platform for policy discussions, leadership development, keynote addresses, workshops, training sessions, policy debates, the election of the National Board of Directors, and ancillary events throughout the city.

The goal was to deliver a seamless and memorable experience that reflected the significance of the moment while fostering meaningful engagement and leaving a lasting legacy for Liberal members across Canada.

RESULTS

As a trusted partner of the Liberal Party of Canada, Power Play Production Group Inc. developed and delivered a curated bilingual National Convention experience in Montréal. The three day event welcomed more than 4,000 Liberal Party members from across Canada, making it the largest Liberal National Convention attendance on record. Power Play Production Group Inc. led the strategic planning and execution featuring plenary sessions, keynote addresses, policy discussions, training programs, networking opportunities, and leadership elections.

The convention brought together Prime Minister Mark Carney, elected officials, party leadership, dignitaries, and delegates to shape the organization’s future.
